一、基本合作原則

1)、公司在地級、縣級以上城市招募合作商，由總部統一品牌運營管理。

2)、合作商受到公司的地區性保護，合作商可以在代理授權區域內開展銷售業務。

3)、管理按國家行政區域劃分，區域負責人應承擔合作商推廣、監督服 務、管理培訓、市場維護、嚴格執行總部下達的各項指令。

4)、合同期為二年、合同期滿有優先續簽權，二年內享有公司給予的： ①銷售培訓權利  ②品牌使用權利  ③經營權利
